I can't say enough wonderful things about Tracey's help with travel. We just moved to Germany and wanted to explore Europe, but we're clueless about where to begin.  Tracey took the time to get to know us and gave us personal assistance....unlike any other travel service I've used. She put the customer back in "customer service" such a welcome change these days. With patience and diligence she kept tweaking things until we had our perfect Italy trip all arranged. None of the pre set tours could accommodate our dates and times...so Tracey customized a tour for us of just the cities we wanted to see.
